FUNDAMENTALS OF HANDGUN SAFETY 
Course Cost: $45
Length: 30 to 45 minutes  (CLASSROOM)

A quick REVIEW IN THE CLASSROOM of basic handgun operation and safe handling.  This class may be offered on the same day and usually 1 hour prior to the License to Carry certification. 

*If combined with LTC the cost becomes $25.

                 LICENSE TO CARRY HANDGUN
Course ​Cost: $75 for certification + $10 range fee
Length: 4 1/2 to 5 1/2  hour classroom + 25 question state mandated written test 
​Prior knowledge of handguns is a MUST before taking the LTC certification.

​(Texas DPS REQUIRES the minimum age of 21 to apply for License to Carry Handgun (unless active military (18)​​  

COMPLETION  of the LTC class
The student must earn a score of at least 70% on the (25) question written exam & a fifty (50) shot qualification course to receive their LTC-100 Certificate of Training.  ​
